located at the top of kaufman hill, in northern sunrise county, 7 minutes from peace river. I will send a GPS pin location as putting in the land address in the GPS itself seems to send people to the other side of the river. Please note that we do have 4 large dogs, i can put them away if that is an issue! just let me know beforehand!
